# Valorant Troubleshooting

## ⤿ **Loader Isn't opening after running instantly getting closed?**

* Make sure there is no antivirus running
* Try using VPN to open the loader if still doesn't load
* Last option is to re-install windows ( something in your pc blocking the driver to load )

## ⤿ **Loader is opening but it closes after entering a key?**

* Use a VPN
* Run VPN first ( doesn't matter connect any country better NA to use.
* Open loader as admin
* LOAD DRV
* Open loader again as admin and launch
* Close VPN

## ⤿ **If you are getting DRIVER NOT FOUND?**

* Once you hit the save option in the onyx menu your config file be saved in the folder **where your ONYX LOADER IS**
* Just download the config and replace it with your current one. Make sure to backup your old config if you don't wanna lose it.
* Next time you hit load config it will load that config

## ⤿ **I DONT HAVE A CONFIG.JSON IN THE FOLDER WHAT DO I DO?**

* Make sure to click on the save button in onyx menu to save your config
* If you don't see any config folder just download someone's config and put it there
* Go in game and hit on load config .
